    It is really good for advertisers, But i think google get more advantage from this point.

    Google will be the one benefiting as they are the ones basically calling the shots in the first place.

    Yahoo is just going to be a lackey - whether they end up being Microsoft's or Google's really is all that remains to be seen IMO.

    well i think both of them will benefit in this merge..but of course yahoo will gain a lot in this merger..

    yahoo will definitely gain here...but if they are think of gaining allot surely they wont..if this will merge google will still get the most of the share rather than yahoo...

    Actually both parties will definitely benefit from this one specially Google. Yahoo will just have the secondary benefit. And of course advertisers too.

    I think yahoo will benefit to a great extent. Google, being the best search engine in the world will help yahoo immensly.
