I am #3 today for the KWP Phoenix Real Estate. But no biggie becasue I usually float from 3-5 depending on what day I check.

Something did definitely change. We were #1 for our main keyword phrase for a really long time and just dropped to #2. Not a huge deal but #1 sure is a nice place to sit.

Yeah, yahoo is doing okay for me as well - google the same.

The problem is msn ? I have found that msn has not been picking up links recently and not searching my site properly.

Don't know why ?

Yahoo is starting to come around now, i am in the top 100 and even have a few first page rankings. I am getting decent traffic from all search engine right now.

Yahoo definitely made a change recently. Even though they are still an unstable search engine, I am noticing that there is not as much spam in the results. For about a year they were ridiculous. I finally wrote them and told them how crappy their search results were....never got a response.
