There is not even a single method where you can get quick results for seo, just submit your video in youtube & various other video sites. Promote it using link building.

What do you use to compress your video?
In premiere Pro i'm used to lower the bitrate, your video shouldn't be too heavy then, try to stay around a 50Mb file or less.
