I read in the forum somewhere that Yahoo hates everyone. I doesn't seem like much traffic is generated from sources outside of Google any way.

For a long time I got the opposite Yahoo loved me and Google hated me. There are certainly enough people using Yahoo to keep you happy. We were beating out zillow on many pages in yahoo. Not a bad place to be.
People mock Bing also but they are maybe 10% of people doing search. Still a lot of people. Bing takes the most work but I think I just figured out what they are looking for.
To put it simple if your pages are well done you will rank well in all search engines. Its the simplist of things that makes or breaks a page in the search engines.

For years, yahoo has been completely outside my train of thought. I was ranked really well there before google traffic took off.... then one day it was gone. C'est la vie.
For some reason, my current real estate gig is now ranking for a few of the yahoo's internationally now. I am hoping that will transfer over to yahoo.com .... Every little bit helps....

There are some sites that we need to cover to have a good page result in Yahoo. For example have we utilize delicious to bookmark our site/s? I think proper optimization is what we need to rank well in every search engines.

I think it is easier to rank well in google than in yahoo hence; I don't see no reason why you won't be able to do well in yahoo.

It seems like a no brainer but just plain good HTML coding goes a long way. Too many people overdevelop thier site trying to get high ranking and wind up sabotaging thier own site.
I have to add patience because so many people expect overnight success and high rankings. It takes time.

Could not tell you an exact way, form or art to ranking in the Yahoo! search engine, but would think the same basic principles apply to all...keep on a regimented and organing linking campaign and make sure you site is SEO friendly.
