Why is Yahoo so hard?
I rank first on google for "Augusta real estate investing" but I am not even on Yahoo at all or MSN

Have you registered in the Yahoo directory? It's a couple of hundred bucks but maybe that would help.

Yahoo, MSN and Google all have a unique algorithm which means raking well in one does not guarantee you in ranking as well in another. Just continue on building links, eventually you will be on top.

You would think the second tier (to google) search engines would take a hint from google and just make they user experience better. Yahoo puts some crazy sites on the first page. Nothing to do with SEO or even good sites at all

Yahoo
When I first built my site I paid for the Yahoo inclusion and and made a big difference in my organic yahoo search results. I paid for two years and then dropped it because yahoo was sending such a small amount of traffic relative to google. When I dropped the paid including my organic yahoo search results disappeared as well.
Looking for a realtor in Minnesota? How about a Missouri realtor in St. Louis or Kansas City? Agents Ranking researches the performance of thousands of real estate agents every year and hand selects the best realtors. You can also find information on Minneapolis Realtors at Minneapolisrealestates.com.

I think Yahoo is cake. I ranked front page for decent keywords on Yahoo within about a week and a half of turning my page over to my SEO guy. Google is tougher, but I'm ranking front page for a couple of nickle and dime keywords (i.e. city stateabbreviation property) and it has been about a month. Keep working and you'll get there.
