    I just took a quick look at it and here's what I think

    - First thing I noticed is that some of the pictures on the homepage look out of line (search for realtor, developement search etc.)
    - Header tabs look amazing (colors go well with the white)
    - Logo looks good ( I like the buildings on the left)
    - The way the properties are listed is perfect (its simple and informative)
    - I noticed some dating site ads on the 468x60 banner

    Overall impression
    Website looks very professional and the only thing that needs fixing is the homepage pictures.

    Out of curiosity, What script are you using? and is this template unique?

    Script and design is only run on one other site for latin america. It's all custom done.

    well the site is somehow nice and informative but i find it not interesting or boring..you need to add more stuff to make it interesting..
