It's a very simple website. I think it's ok'ish... a little to busy for my eye, those animated stars in the lower part are kind of cheesy, aren't they?
I was searching for the "Featured Listings" or listings list but cant find it. that should be the most important part, right?Real Estate Photographer - check my images

You should frame the idx so people don't have to leave the site to look at houses. These days it is important to keep them on your site as long as possible.

your website is very informative however you should change it's theme or background for me it's like a project of a college student..dont get me wrong on this.
