As far as I can see, you have no onpage SEO at all. Other than this, it is nice.

You need to have different title and meta description on every page. This is a requirement for ranking higher for many related terms.

Thanks Zoltan. I have taken your advice and now I'm working on the onpage SEO as well as create tons of more contents and links. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to look over the site.

I like your site, and I hope you are successful with it! I agree with the previous post, regarding onsite SEO, there is a great importance to having unique titles on each of your pages. I recommend you find out which search terms receive a lot of queries, and use those terms to describe what page does what (but don't use terms that don't relate to the page and try to make the titles with less words than you currently have). For example, on your 'Buying' page you might opt to use a title such as: For Sale by Owner Homes for Sale | Search FSBO listings on DIY Home Sellers. The 'Calculators' page might read: Mortgage Calculator and Financial Tools for Home Buyers and FSBOs.
Just some thoughts and ideas... I recommend you put some time and research into making each page title unique. You'll certainly fair better with the search engines if you do.

Thanks RJacobsen, I appreciate your comment! Since the previous threads I have been working diligently on the onsite SEO. The new SEO will be more meaningful per page and I have also added a lot more links. Please keep your eyes open and check back periodically to see the changes. Again, your comments and ideas are always welcome. I have worked very hard on this site and anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated on my end.
Pass it along to others as well if you don't mind. I am trying to get the site set in stone so I can begin my nationwide advertising campaign.
Thanks again!

I just glanced over your sight, expecting to see the normal FSBO website. I was amazed you did not fall into the same general half truths that most websites use to prey on FSBOs. But it is interesting the very people you want to take business from, the NAR, are the very people you quote regarding the internet's importance.
But otherwise, I liked the general design. A little busy for my tastes but looked nice.Mark Brian Silver Star Real Estate
