Please check out my site Mugawa.com . I really would appreciate if I get some feed back. At the moment it doesnt have object in US. It has objects only in Spain, Estonia and Russia now. I opened it only 1 mounth ago. I dont know if the design and everything is ok for US and UK. also i dont know how to promote it, beucause i have limited budget

. Any assistantce would be greate. Thanx in advance!

You should be able to search for all property types. Also I don't understand what your competitive advantage is? There is already the MLS and a dozen other sites for general listings...

Thanx for the tip! The competitive advantage idea was to make unified database for all countries, which is free of charge to use. For example: you input a real estate object in English, but japanese can see it in Japanese, or russians in Russian language etc or vice versa
