I'm not an SEO expert (or anywhere near), so I'm just gonna comment on the pretty site you have. It's different, cool looking & professional. I think it's perfect for a local builder/developer. Very impressive.

I can't believe it's hotter here in Chicago than in Florida!

There are a few things I wouldn't be happy about with the site from an SEO perspective - including the blatant keyword stuffing in the header.

More importantly, I was debugging a page I'm writing and saw these errors from when I visited your site

Error: [Exception... "'Permission denied to get property XULElement.selectedIndex' when calling method: [nsIAutoCompletePopup::selectedIndex]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "JS frame :: <unknown filename> :: onload :: line 0" data: no]

Warning: The "coords" attribute of the <area shape="rect"> tag is not in the "left, top, right, bottom" format.

You need to get these sorted.

I appreciate the feedback from you guys / gals. Specifically, since I am looking at this site day in and day out, sometimes I can not see the forest since the trees get in my way. I will have someone look at the code issues to sort them out. Thanks! JJF

You may wanna consider making the page title more relevant to each page. I believe you're using the same title for all your pages at the moment.

    Good luck with the site...

Like Judy, I'm not an SEO guy. But I do like graphics. Your Gold Rush palm tree pix is competing with your banner graphics. You might want to consider rescaling it. Also, your "The Gold Rush Program" font size and color are similar to your Eurotech Development logo. Again, it seems to be competing for attention. Just my 2 cents. Overall, your design is great!

    Default Good Critique

    Thanks guys,

The idea was to impress folks up north with the concept of golden sunsets and passing the time away under the shade of palm trees. Maybe it just got a bit out of hand.
