I am going to copy my post from DP, sorry gang, I am lazy this evening:

It is not finished, still a lot work to do. I would like some feedback:

    http://www.abbotsfordhomesbyrod.com/

What do you think of having the 5 or 6 pages up that are working and let it kick around in the sandbox for a bit, then when I have all the content done, it should be breaking out.

Does it allow the clients to view listings easy enough?

    Contact me easy enough?

Drop me a line easy enough?

The search the BC MLS, search the Canadian MLS and the contact Rod links are working at the present time

I have also given them a contact form at the bottom of the MLS listings to allow them to send me MLS #'s etc...

Our board does not support IDX/VOW, so this is the best they can do...

I like that your search the mls is front and center. 85% on people searching online are looking for the ability to search all homes online.

I also like that the buyers and sellers buttons are there as well.

What I don't like from an optimization perspective is that you need to speparate out all the towns you do business and have separate pages for each community.

    See this site www.donsells.us

This will allow the search engines to rank individual pages since each one is targeting a separate area.

    Just my two cents.

I like the clean interface. Everything a visitor would need to know is right there. The MLS search is a little slow to load at my end, but it did load eventually. Like the maps graphic search. It's easy to use particularly for people who are familiar with the area. The bottom fold of the MLS search has a long contact request. That threw me off a little. I didn't know whether I'd need to register first before I could search or could I just go ahead. All in all, like the design. Clean and efficient.

Very nice, clean and intuitive. I also like flash graphics like that... that aren't too flashy. Some people get carried away with flash graphics and sounds. Anyway, nice site.
