Hi Chris, here are a couple of things I saw right off the bat:

    The Good

    • Your site is built on Drupal, which is a decent CMS
    • Content is simply laid out
    • I can find your contact info easily

    The Bad

    • Don't name your 'Links' section 'Links' - change to 'Resources' or 'Friends'
    • Your site is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict.
    • I'd prefer the logo to the left and as a graphic - not text. Right now, I don't trust your company as there is no identifiable logo
    • The site is built off the 'Salamander' template for Drupal. It's ok to use a template as long as you customize it. The goal is to differ from other drupal sites as well as real estate websites. Google will read your code and will see it as a duplication when it matches it to other sites in its database. This will affect your SE rank.
    • Put the Google search at the top
    • You have a lot of links on the left side. You might want to consider moving some, such as the Disclaimer to the footer. Or making the most important links as button images and keeping the info links below those. Right now it looks crowded, so space it up to increase user navigation.
    • You're missing the meta description and keywords tags

you might want to restrain the width of the page to a certain pixelage, rather than a high percentage.
