Very nice! The site has a 'homely' character about it, and I instantly felt comfortable.

I really like the listing thumbnails and the gallery that loads with the listing details. I also like how I can get a 'snapshot' view of your listings with the slideshow feature.

    A couple suggestions...

    • MAJOR PROBLEM: Your site content is in an iframe (hosted at yahoo). THIS IS A BIG NO NO as it search engines will either rank it really low or ignore it all together. I see you're indexed in Google, but this is how it looks:

      HOME 2
... . EMAIL D.A. Pruett Properties NOW!! ***Click on these helpful links***. D.A. Pruett Properties NEW Listings. Commercial and Residential Real Estate ...
You need to host all the content on one site (preferably your own server) and you need to have all the appropriate meta tags.
    • You should not put text over an image on the about us page. I want to see everyone clearly. The hue of the image also looks a bit green which made me feel halloweenish.
    • Validate your html
    • Post your listings on iHomeConnect.com - it's a website I co-run and it gets excellent search engine visibility

If you want me to help you fix these problems and make you visible for keywords related to your area, feel free to PM me.

    Regards,
    Tim

for me the background color is kinda dark . for a real estate company background colors should be more bright and catchy to the eye..
