Our group has finally completed the initial setup of www.OwnerFinancedRealty.com, so here it is for your review. The website focuses on creating an FREE online community for posting and searching for owner financed proerties. There are forums, private messaging and a complete property listings engine.

Mainly, I would like to get feedback on the following:

1. Is the site easy to navigate?
2. Are the features easy to understand and usefull?
3. Is this a community you would want to be part of?

Please remember, the site is still in Alpha stage, so it's kind of bland and ugly--there are no posts on the forums and no listings as of yet. The cool snazzy pictures and rollover graphics will be uploaded and running by mid-June. Afiliate real estate agencies will start posting properties by the end of the month.

So yeah, tell me what you think. Be brutally honest, I can handle it. (Perhaps my investors can't, but that's their problem, lol.)

overall content its some kinda nice but there is something looking incomplete...i think you need to look it more into that detail...

wchua24, thank you for the feedback. We agree completely. Obviously we wanted to nail down usability and interface navigation before anything, but polishing the look and layout is next. We will add pictures and improve the visuals.

We're actually going to switch the ad listings engine in the next few weeks as well--the new listings engine is way slicker and easier to navigate. We will also do a fresh compile of the PHP code. (It's gotten messy with all the edits and hacks we've done.)

Good design, But problem is i can't find any properties, i think going going to add property soon. otherwise site is good.

Yes, yes what would a real estate listings site be without actual property listings, right? Well, we're wraping up our final techincal issues this week and adding 100+ listings within the next 7 days. We just didn't want to begin building the database until we were sure that we weren't going to have to re-install it.

Come back by June 27th and you'll find lots of juicy owner financed properties.

your site looks nice but contents needs more improvement..I suggest to update your contents or add more information since you have a good concept for your site.
