    Would be nice to be able to sort by criteria and also you should show areas that are empty in a dif color.

    Apart from that looks great.

    Maybe you can get a better flash map. It would be nice.
    Also maybe in search results you can show more information about property because it is hard to review all interestin properties one by one

    Yeah, it would be nice to see where there are no listings available. I think it's very disappointing to click an area and not find anything there.
