Flash?
Too much of your site's core stuff is in flash. It's going to kill you in the long run.
There's absolutely no need to use flash for the things you've used it. You can get the same visual results without it.
I'm not even going to get into your crawling issues if you keep it the way it currently is.
The site took ages to load too, probably cause of all the flash.
