Default Sorry my website does not look like any other Real Estate website...

My wife said it is just plain. What is your opinion?

It's definitely not like the other...I didn't understand at first and I went away...then I got back and click on stuff...Well, I hate it but I'm not the only one out there so it can be good for others...

Hummm thanks for the visit. I think you are the first visitor, and I like your comment. I plan to add more stuff but that will be the final look.

perhaps a little too plain - buyers do like pictures of things they wish to purchase - I think your wife is right

Well one reason it is that plain is because it needs to be viewable on mobile devices such cell phone or organizer. As a result the weight of the pages is small and the page load quickly.
I maybe will make a different layout for desktop users.

There are a lot of ways to make it PDA and mobile friendly.. Infact if you look on the net you can find app's that can do this for you. But even if you do this it still does not have that real estate feeling...

Ok i have been checking out this option and to me it seems quite easy really. If you have a viable and correctly set up RSS 2.0 or Atom feed then you can insert the listings into the rss feed. But i would advise against any pictures being placed on the page just the info about the property that people want to know. If you do want to insert A (single) picture then make it a gif and make it small below 3k if possible....

Hi TOTO you are using all of the wrong roads in my opinion. Ok Free is nice but its not the best. If you want to do everything for free then you have to buy books and research on the internet how to develop app's with certain api's that will allow you to do what you want. there are also some great free softwares out there that will help you get a grip on what you want to do but have been coded. If you want as i said i will guide and advise you for a small fee that wont hurt the bank.. But a very bad website WILL hurt the bank when you have no sales... apperance is EVERYTHING what the user sees on your website is what he thinks you are like in real life. you can be the best realtor in the business but if your website sucks then people will imagine even if not true that you suck. cant afford a good website even he must be broke = not selling anything hmmm i do not trust him kind of attitude
