I like it. It felt a little busy, but some of our best sites for lead aggregation are busy sites. Funny how that works out that way.

It is free!!

I am just a webbie guy...
The site is for anyone to upload their videos to sell their house or just to market themselves.More exposure !!

All is free as the site is already paid for by advertisers and my web host gives me free hosting plus promoting my sites--draws lots of traffic.

I enjoy the overall layout of your page, although the first problem area I see is your header which is stuffed with random gifs and an undersized logo.

For $50 or so you can get a nice header image designed that will mesh very well with your design and give the overall look and feel a major overhaul in my opinion, so that's the first investment I would recommend.

I found a few SEO issues with redirecting URLs properly and making sure your non www url is actually pointing back to your www. url since google handles them as separate pages.
