What do you think about my site?
www.FLIPITBIG.com
I partnered up with two great guys to create this awesome site! Our vision is to have FIB be your one stop site for all of your real estate investing needs. Kind of a real estate investing grocery store. Let me know what you think!!

I am not sure if the forum format was the right way to go to achieve your goal of being a one stop shop for all real estate investing needs. I know you have other good information on the page, but it seems like the forum is the main thing being promoted. You don't have a whole lot of replies or views on it. Is this site still relatively new?

Thanks for the feedback Tina. I agree about the forum being the "main" part of the site... I'll talk with my partners about that as it has come up before. When you say we don't have a lot of replies or views on the site.. not sure what you mean there. Our forum is constantly active and we are averaging 5-10 new members a day.
Yes, the site is just over two months old. We have really seen it pick up lately (non stop pushing and marketing!!), and as of now we get 50,000 hits a week with 10,000 of them being unique hits.
We also have a TON in the works. Webinars scheduled, advertising is about to pick up, etc.
Anyway, thanks for your feedback and I would love to hear anybody else's thoughts!

Though not traditional in terms of design, I rather like your idea of the site being forum-style. I don't see any problems with this. I can easily find the links I need to your other sections, features and pages, and I can also see right from the home page which topics are most popular/most discussed right now. It promotes an interactive arena, and that is becoming more and more necessary in this age of Web 2.0.

What forum application do you use on that site.... The layout looks nice, but the colors of the header(red/navyblue) do not match with the site.....

You can just visit templatemonster site and look for good professional design. Maybe joomla will help to build a good looking real estate site with a lot of functionality

I would work on your logo and banner, red/white lines hurt the eyes and will make you cross eyed after awhile
creat concept but looks like a forum to share info on investing, if this is main goal for site, then I would market accordingly
