The site design is nice... here's a few issues.

Make sure the flash files are caching so users don't have to constantly reload them every time they visit the site. It will save you bandwidth and give returning visitors more instant access to your site.

There are multiple SEO issues with using a flash site but you at least need to have more text on the page.

You also have some duplicate content and URL rewrite issues on your site, etc...

Everything the above poster said I completely agree with.

I also find the total amount of space taken in the window very very small. Resolutions are higher on average now and most people will see a very small webpage in the middle of their screen.
