Default Advice on a real estate website design

Hi, I'm designing a new site that will offer agents (and maybe brokers) a cheap, web 2.0, completely customizable website. I would love to get some feedback from those of you who are interested or currently have a site.

Particularly, which features do you need the most in your site?

Uploading information and pictures of your listings?
Having and MLS search query built-in?
Have an opt-in form to gather leads?

    Any information would be helpful!

Hello. The list of features could be endless. Please, take a look at my website that I designed and made myself in August of last year. stanmikhalsky dot com
It is work for me as I expected. Information, forms, links, registration, etc. The same thing for you -- choose all essential functions and you will find your goldmine.
