    Default please critique our site

we have over 40 photos on the site which are basically on the middle pages, so we preload from index page and then do mouseover to show enlarged view in center target - all works fine on my PC but is slow on my associates ?

please give us feedback on opening time and improved speed

    Default Change targets

I would suggest changing the link targets so pages open in _self and not a new window or tab. Personally I find it annoying when one site ends up opening a bunch of different tabs or windows. A lot of info and great pictures though!

thanks for the feedback Ordoro - we were thinking that most folks would be satisfied with the self page mouseover views and only a few would actually click to open each photo ? didn't want to loose them in the transition ?

would appreciate comments from others on this approach ?

The site is ok, though I think that many people these days are looking for real estate websites that look a little bit more commercial, or that could be more my taste anyway. I agree that your interior pages should not open new windows, I dislike when each page opens a new browser window.

I agree with the pages opening in a new window. This will annoy your potential customers and they will end up frustrated and just close all of them out.

I like the colors. Just a bit confused in the navigation. I don't like to get lost in a website. I guess "close window" is called "Home" in any other website on earth...

I guess a few of you guys didn't fully understand the overview here -

we make sub-domain sites for other brokers or agents and in order to give them complete control, we open the new window for only the three center pages and they link to each other in the same window - then, you can use the 'close' to get back to the control home page or just use the close window red X ?

here is an example = http://506properties.cr-2.com

we are redoing the site at present and will incorporate your positive comments in the new version - thanks for the feedback

    Post Website

    Hi gringo bob,

You have plenty of information on that site but really in my opinion the color is a little too bright for me puts me off i like nice and simple. I make websites and know that users like nice simple clean. A little white space. Then you have to think about SEO etc. etc. Hope this helps
