    Default Mobile Phone Listings

Looking for input. We are targeting a specific demographic of customers with mobile phone listings. They see a property, send a TXT message and get information back to the cell phone. Additionally the agents track who has requested information.

Each property the agent lists gets an SEO optimized page automatically to spread the word about the property.

Looking for input to see if realtors like the site. Currently we have people who absolutely love the idea, and then others who say "What is a txt message"

Let me know what you think.

The site is zoglist.com - have a look in members profile menu and you see his homepage.

I like the idea, think that it might take off but the only thing for me is - why pay to see a price of a property? When most see it free of charge on normal real estate sites, that is the only down side.

You have not posted how much the text message costs?

The fact that last year there was over 4 billion text messages sent (is that just in the states?) is a huge selling point and it is getting people to do it is the hard part.

What happens if you want to enquire about more than 1 property? It costs a lot more!

One thing about your site, it takes for ever to load - if I were not just reviewing your site I would have been long gone.

Thanks for the input on the site. Sorry, for the slowness of the site, we are moving it to another server with more bandwidth.

If a person has unlimited txt messages on their it wouldn't cost them anything, but I see your point. We don't charge the buyer for the txt message. Some people only have limited txt messages on their phone plan. I see you are in Spain, are you charged per txt message over in Europe?

The site and the marketing method targets a specific demographic of people. The tech savvy consumer is the target.

I thought that the site was slow!

There are plans over here for text messaging but in general mobile phones are bloody expensive here, in the UK you basically get all your texts for free like the states.

I do like the idea, don't get me wrong. I can see it working but you are obviously like you said targeting a certain model of person, my old doris still can't turn her phone on!

Good luck with the site, I would be interested later on down the line how you are doing with it and maybe to see if the same kind of thing would work over here.
