    What script did you use? It looks like an open source script to me but where did you find it? Does it have a website url that you can send to us?

    I like the bottom of the property details page where you email to a friend and send the enquiry, the only thing that would annoy me is that most people would not send any further information and that the same email will be coming through time after time.

    Nice, but I would remove the number of listings from the main page links. It could scare some users initially while the listings add up.

    Your site looks decent, what sets your site apart from similar websites?

    I agree with a previous comment, about the onsite SEO... You could use some help there.

    How is your traffic? I noticed only one listing, how long have you been accumulating listings for?
