Really Need your Feedback and Advice!!
Agents, Web Masters, and the Public!
I work in and around the Cincinnati, Ohio area and we have been doing very well this year despite the "down market" as they say. I have really put a lot of attention into getting a strong internet presence up and about in the last couple of weeks and have had the website designed that I am going to ask you to review. All the content is my own and I am looking to add to it with suggestions. We are looking to do a large blitz advertising and marketing campaign in about a month once I get everything together with everyones feedback, things added, deleted, etc.
One of the things I have introduced is making my VIP Client program online. Basically it provides everyone who registers with a lot of great news articles relating to their home, the market in their area, etc. Also they receive some awesome money saving coupons from Lowes and home articles which contain such things as increasing curb appeal and staging on a budget, etc.
I am hoping to add a section which will allow people to refer a friend who is eather moving into or out of town that way I can refer them to a fellow Realtor throughout the world (certainly a HUGE benefit of being part of the Re/Max franchise)'
Anyways I will shutup and stop rambeling now, and let you get to reviewing the website. I would also appreciate any advice in regards to how those of you with successful websites are able to generate a lot of traffic, lead generation (not Mickey Mouse at 555-5555 leads)!
Thanks
David

Hi David,
May I suggest that you repost with your website's address a little bit easier to locate. I didn't notice the web-address until I was about to close the post!
Anyways, I found it! And I took a look at your website, looks very nice.. the color scheme is cool! I didn't really like that when I clicked on 'Find a Home' that you immediately asked for my info. I did like the 'Featured Homes' option. One suggested I have is to think about placing your listing for viewing under the 'Find a Home' tab and list maybe only 1 or 2 homes under your 'Featured Homes' tab.
May I also suggest that you read up on SEO information. There is a ton of SEO materials and professionals who may be able to help you drive more traffic to your site.

Hi David,
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization, this is what you must do in order to gain rankings on search engines (mainly Google). I'm not going to go into detail because I'm not a SEO professional. You should read anything and everything related to SEO and don't just take one person's opinion. Get multiple opinions!
Start by reading posts under 'Search Engine Marketing' found on this forum. Also check out under 'Real Estate Webmaster' section "Search Engine Marketing". Then search for SEO info on blogs and find an expert who can PM you with sound advice. You'll likely have to hire someone to help you with SEO, be weary.. they'll all promise you something unique.
