    the complaint I would have about the website is once I click on a link for example the Flat Fee MLS listings, the main graphics look good however on the right hand side the If you live in this city click here etc really looks cheezy almost like those pay-per-click ads you see on cheap websites.

    I would recommend taking those off and finding a way to introduce them in a better style in the main content of the website. It makes a good looking website look not very good otherwise! Critical i know but i think it would really help!

    I think you have a very useful website. I like the simplicity on the homepage, it clearly labels either click here for sellers and click here for listings. It appears that you need to do some optimizing to bump up your traffic. There are a ton of SEO information found on these forums, you should ask for guidance from one of the many pros found on the Real Estate Forum.
