any suggestions?
Hi
Just recently launched a free foreclosure search engine. This website allows brokers to list their foreclosures at no charge, also investors can view and contact brokers at no charge.
Any other features that might be useful to add?
Thanks in advance,

Is the site the one in your link? Do you have something for other areas as well such as Arizona? For tools, is there an easy way to compare prises with the listings? More specifically, I would like to be able to see current market listing prices, recent sales, etc. for similar properties to compare with the foreclose property.
Tax time is coming, make it easy by using online tax preparation software.
Jazz up your marketing by sending video emails and watch your response rates in email campaigns sky rocket!

I think your site is a really good tool for any would be investors in the Colorado area. Have you considered expanding your service to other areas? I know dbar suggested Arizona, but perhaps there are other markets which may suit your type of business better.
Nonetheless I like your site's layout and there is a certain amount of simplicity which makes researching fairly easy for users.

When you type in your URL it is password protected, is this for a reason? No one can access it!
I managed to find a cached page in google and got in.
Really easy and user friendly website to use, gets straight to the point of selling properties in your area and different towns/cities.
But personally, the design does suck - but I did read a post on another forum, "Do ugly sites sell more?" Might work!
Does need a bit of tarting up then I think it will be a good real estate site.

Reocity
Thank you all who have responded,
I am in the process of making Reocity.com all 50 states, so this should benefit everyone. I do have a real estate value through zillow that has just been added but wont show up until new listings have been posted. Due to the increase in foreclosures I am working on a way to upload properties easier. I am also in the process of solving as to why the password screen is showing, thanks for the message. I look forward to hearing from you all.

Thank you for all of your responses...
...as you may well have noticed I a about to launch the second project, and will resume this project after the new year, finishing the upgrades to reocity, reocity will also allow warm lead generation for any brokers who want to represent their region. PM me for details.
