The navigation buttons are not prominent enough to be immediately noticeable. I would recommend changing the contrast of the buttons, as well as their placement on the page (move them towards the top). If you could make the text larger, as well, that would be ideal.

Also, by glancing at your site, it is not immediately clear what you do. You need to come up with a short bit of text that tells your Website's viewers exactly what your site does - and why they should stay and look around.

On a positive note, I really like the color scheme. With a few tweaks, I think your site could rock!

    Default New Homes Section

    Hi Dan,

Thank you very much for your input. We are in the process of making many of the changes which you suggested! Hopefully, our web-designer will have our new homepage up before the end of the day. If you wouldn't mind, I'd really appreciate your opinion on the new homepage too. I will repost to this section of the forum when it is up and running.

    Thank you!

Yes, I will definitely take another look! And I know how those Web designers can be. (Heh - I am one.)

    Certainly different!

Why have you got your properties shown as images? It is a really weird way of doing it like that? For one, it takes a while to load - then you are going to have people that can barely read the font due to the same size of the type, for SEO it is not great either (it would be 100% more effective in text).

This is a huge point as it is your product that you are trying to sell so in my point of view these are some thing that you must look at again.

Otherwise it is quite a nice website.
