Default New site -- please, review

    Hello everyone!

I made my website. As you know, this process will never stops, so, I just laid out first 50 pages and I am going to add one page per 1-2 days. Please, review it and make any suggestions that you think is necessary.

    Thank you all in advance.

    Default what do you think??

This is a prototype that I am working on Stan and I would like your input on it. It is primarily a Real Estate Listing site, but it we be incorporating different services in the future. I was presently suprised that you were in south florida too. miamihomelisting.com

Site a little too busy on my minimalistic taste. However, I certainly like a RSS integration that I am planning to do in a nearest feature, and a lot of options. Still, black background is kind of too dark. Well, this is just an opinion. The whole idea is good and in progress. Keep going!

I thought it was mostly fine.

Only changes I'd consider are darkening your address/contact information - it could be hard to read for older persons.

Other than that, I liked it.

It is quite basic, looks to me a little like a joomla / mambo or open source template which in my opinion because I see them every day are not unique sites.

The left navigation bar it is hard to see the contact info due to the dark colours, otherwise the colour scheme is quite nice, but it does need something else to make the site stand out otherwise it is just another real estate website.

I am not using Joomla, however I am going to change a gray color plus I have something in mind to make my site unique.

Thank you everyone for the input.

When it first comes up, I can't help but think it is a blog and not really a website... Just has that feel.

I Felt the same way, and actually looked for wordpress link.

may be you need to change the site to give it a professional look and not a blog look.

    Thanks

The first thing I thought was that it looked like I went to the wrong place. Have you ever gone to a link for like computerresources.org or something and it was just some pre-packaged index page? I would try to develop your own "look and feel." Good luck!
