    I would work on a new design that has more visual appeal. Furthermore, the site does not provide any useful information to users except to bait them with the possibility of more info if they give you their personal info. The keyword trick at the bottom is also not recommended.

    Just really bland and boring - if I ended up on this site I would probably turn back and find another site, it is about customer confidence - when you are buying a property it is one of the biggest decisions in your life so finding a professional looking site is a first impressional.

    There is a HUGE gap in the middle of the page which stops people looking further down or is that what you are trying to do until you have finished your links at the bottom?
