Help me build a decent real estate directory

Righty,

I've started putting together a real estate directory that im looking to launch shortly however i need some input from you guys to determine if i have enough categories and if i've missed any vital categories out that you believe i should have listed.

The domain is www . immoveableindex . com

Please do not post live links and please do not submit for inclusion at this time as i am still developing the site currently. My appologies for the crap design, this will be resolved shortly when i've finished the design phrase of the project

You should add rental properties or apartments and moving services including moving and storage companies. Nice design!

I've seen this one before from somewhere? Can't remember where but the site has definitely changed a bit (for the better).

Why don't you have agents by area, countries and break down of countries, I know it takes forever to do but it makes it a lot easier to find the correct agent in the right area - then you will have a better selling point to the directory.

You can also expand to every country and the possibilities are endless.

Or, what you could do, is to Google for RE directory and review the few billions RE directories out there...So you'll get an idea of what to do...

The directory looks good. You should def. include moving/relocation services. I would be interested in my site appearing in a moving/relocation category. transitsystems.com
