Really nice and easy. I like it.
I like it even better, because more flat fee brokers out there, easier for me to get 7%...

I hope you do get more 7% listings, I love it!! we are really all working together, your 7% makes it much better when I am taking out my buyers

I agree. And I always take my flat fee MLS sheets when going on listing presentation. I get 7% easy, 2 or 3 times even 8%...
Before flat fee broker, I was doing that with the FSBO paying $2K-$3k for their VT and stuff...
I leave with a listing agreement 4 on every 5 times...

Can't you get the whole site into view on the monitor? It would look a lot better.

I like the design and layout to your website however, I don't like all image sites - you use way too many images e.g - navbar.

There is not much to be spidered on your site accept alts and tags.
