2 thoughts....

1. Good text but I think it needs some graphics... I also always think the graphics should represent your area. Not just generic pictures that mean nothing.

2. Mortgage Calculators... Maybe I missed it but I couldn't get them to work for me or be able to download them. Also I think very few people have one that would compare the costs to rent v/s buying now...

Yeah, I agree with images it just looks a bit bland and needs spicing up a bit.

Also all the areas for mortgages are repeat content with just the area name changed on each page? Is there anything that will make these pages unique?

For me looking through there is way too much repeated content on every page.
