    Site looks a little cluttered. I would recommend cleaning it up a little bit. Organize some of your content, maybe put it on other pages!

    Move the search feature up, may be center this on the site. Its going to be what people are really looking for.

    On first impressions your site is extremely slow takes way too long to load, I would be off before the page opened.

    I like the tools and layout, maybe there is just a little too much information on one page but you are using a cms so breaking up the page files is not really an opinion for you, that is why I do not like cms because you are limited what you can do in terms of editing.

    Not bad for a joolma site.
