Al,
The site looks great. The only comment I could make is one I make about almost everyone's site -- you need a brand and a strong brand identity/USP to differentiate you from the crowd.

It looks really good! Only thing missing on , and I mean THE only thing missing on the home page is a link to my site.

Al, I don't know how I missed your site review thread. Here it is:
Very professional! The multiple hooks to get people to contact you is great! And I agree with Matt, the only thing missing is the link to our sites!!!
