Nice site, very user friendly as you state on the site. I like the listing lay outs and the tools that you have available to site visitors.

The only thing for me is the google ads, ok I have google ads over 3 or 4 of my sites - but they are sites that are just sat there doing nothing really. If you have a site that is in constant use and you want it to look a bit more professional maybe get rid of those adverts.

And when you try to send an e-mail to the seller it reverts back to the homepage, which you probably know already. But over all a nice clean and easy to use real estate website.

spanishproperty: there are a lot of real estate services on the ads, I think it`s userful, just take a look at the largest fsbo site: forsalebyowner.com - the same google ads ..

The only thing with google ads is that they are leaving your site for someone elses site, you have a potential buyer clicking on your website on a google advert which you make a couple of cents while the site that the visitor has landed on might just buy a property through them making the other company a good couple of grand!

I know which amount I would prefer!

The only sites that I have google ads on are the ones that I do not work on anymore just to earn a few more coins for beer money at the end of the month!
