    Default site review for sdloanbroker

Hey I would certainly appreciate any feedback you might have regarding my website:
    http://www.sdloanbroker.com/

My goal is 2-fold - to create an excellent user experience for clients and to create a useful marketing tool for real estate agents..

    thanks!

I have absolutely no experience with Mortgage sites but I will note some quick observations.

1)The site seems very user friendly.
2)Nice combination of pastel colors (easy on the eyes).
3)The site loads extremely fast (I see you have a talent with CSS. Wish I did LOL).
4)I missed the part about RE Agents using for a marketing tool. Please elaborate.

Right now - all I have is an Agent Directory - and each agent can sign up for free - and get a profile page with a link to their website..

    here's the directory:
    http://www.sdloanbroker.com/Find-San...ate-Agent.html

select an area and then click View Agents..then you can click on one of the agents to see their profile page...

From the point of view of design, color, layout, etc. - your website looks fine. I like the Glossary of Terms and will print them out for future reference when my daughter is ready to buy a home. Very helpful for potential clients!

I really like the look of your site - nice job. Nice color palette and clean look.

Beginning with the DOC TYPE declaration, your site HTML did not validate. Usually, this means that your site will not render properly in all browsers. But that was not the case here. I got the same look in Firefox, MSIE, Netscape, Mozilla, and Opera.

Why the two home pages? Besides your index.html file, your "Home" button points to San-Diego-Mortgage.html.
