Well, page rank is good already.

Looks like a cms, but not sure. The meta tags are the wrong side of the doctype which you might want to sort out. Links at the bottom of the page do not work yet, but it is quick loading and very clear, but not a bad site at all.

You will always change things along the way which you will find will work better, but that comes as you go along.

Out of curosity does anyone know how I can check how much a given keyword is searched on google.. for instace no broker fee apartments..i would love to know how many times it gets searched per day .thanks

No problem, CMS is a content management system, you basically work through a control panel to edit your pages not using bog standard html or html editor.

Is this your first website? If so, not bad! I agree withthe comments on your post, overtime you will always be updating and changingout content to stay up with market trends. I would suggest changing your bannerup top from a business office type look to something regarding apartments. Tryusing a luxury class image with possible overlooking an amazing view. Just a thought;or image regarding apartments that will give off attention grabbing.

I also like the background colors, but the banner I wouldconsider changing.
