Please Review
Hi everyone. Myself and 2 partners have created a Georgia Real Estate investors forum. Still in the early stages. We would love some input and forum topics. The forum is live and we could use some good suggestions.
Take a look:

I am not sure if we are allowing signatures just yet. I will let you know. A lot of it has to do with spam and we don't have many moderators yet to control it. We just got started and could use any feedback you have.

I have 20 different sites
I have 20 different sites, I know spam is a pain in ***.
I get Viagra site submission to my Real Estate Directories.
I had to close two of my forums.. Certainly understand your concern.
made using PHPbb.
If you need any advertising done, let me know.
Besides my signature sites, I have some more sites, I will happy to sell you paid link.
You may consider going with Vbulletin or Invison Power Board insted of Simple Machines. (Never used Simple Machines)

new forum
I like it, really fresh colour schemes and I've never seen simplemachines before - i'll have to have a look myself.
Pity you cant get the main site with the same skin as the forum, just looks a bit out of place seeing the main site as it is.

If anyone is still up for a review, we have done some great reworking of the site and would like to see what people think now. We are still working on the homepage, but, here is a link to the forum. We have changed up the colors and cleaned it up - I think it looks good, but, I'm probably biased.
What do you think?

yeah, again the forum looks great but the site style is still way off.
Why don't you take the css of the forum or just find out the style of your forum and produce a page that is half simular to the forum.
It would look one hundred times better.
Plus the links are not working on the main site now, and a 404 not found - missing file.

I agree with spanishproperty. Go for cohesiveness and match the style with the forum or vice versa.

Thanks for the tips everyone. You can now add your links in the directory - no recip needed yet. The page is not yet cached but we are adding inbound links constantly and it should turn into a good link for you. Please try to post something in the forum if you would as well. We are still working on the homepage as far as a cohesive style goes. It's coming together though. Thanks for the input.
