Talking Please review my site. I just fixed it up.

    Hello,

I just need your honest opinion. Please review it and let me know what you think. Please also do not be vague. If it's good, please let me know why. If it isn't, please keep your mouth shut. Joking. Please let me know what is wrong so I could fix it.

Really nice, fast download, clear and easy to understand.
The apts search is nice and complete. However, I wanted to do a search in the whole Queens. I couldn't unless check all check box.
I suggest a check box which will check all options.
    Other than that, very nice...

Don't forget to set more relevant titles for each page.

This is one of the important factors for the search engines in assessing your site's rank.

    Good luck...

Apparently it's impossible to find a place in the East Village for under a grand a month!

I would like to say that I feel like your homepage is prime real estate and you should use it more to your advantage. I'd like to see the "How did you hear about us" poll as a sidebar, and more topical information in the body of the page.

Is it possible to have your search available right from the homepage? There's a real estate website in Vail, Colorado that I think has perfected the art of providing what people want - show them the "PR" version of Colorado (beautiful pictures) and give them the search function right up front. Then, if they're interested, they can learn more about you...

    These are just my thoughts...

    Best of luck to you.

    Default new site

    Very dreamweaverish !!!

I like it, nice colours - love the logo, but it does need something else which I cant put my finger on.

Remember you need to focus on your product and not just where they came from, the first thing visitors should see it the product not a survey which is of no interest to them.

But I do like the skin of the site.
