    Arrow Please review my site

I just launched my first site, currently for California renters and buyers. If you have a minute, please take a look and let me know what you think. It's my first stab, so I could really use any suggestions you may have.

All are welcome to join/link to it of course

    Default new site

Very plain, not much really attacting me to the site, maybe sort out the front page and make it more attractive for new users to want to view more.

Where do you view properties for sale on the front page ?

Also the title is index.htm ?

Default I would suggest to install on root

I would suggest to install on root, instead of being on the folder /Forum.

I think that is better for SCO.

You did a good job adding some content the first page.

That would compensate the fact you have the forum in a sub folder.

    Thanks

The entry page doesn't look professional at first glance.

Also, your page titles are not set.

Lastly, try and mod_rewrite your URLs to clean them up a little (lose the session ids etc.).

    Good luck...

Your one main picture on the home page seems to be stretched out of proportion. It looks a little plain overall and could use some more graphics/pictures/etc...
