Don't require all fienlds
I like the search, but don't include the requirement of minimum baths and rooms. Because many agents don't understand the requirements of what is legally a room, it is good for people to see a range of rooms in the same price range.

Search fields should be text fields
I would expect the min and max price to be editable fields. Some people buget for homes in 5,000 increments. Otherwise, it gets the job done. What do you think of my site... lighthouselistings.com?
