Don't take my comments to heart, as I am new at designing sites.

I think the location of your logo would look better centered, and you may want to put your links in an image bar or banner (the way the words are spaced across the page looks a little unkempt)

As for the search results, that looked nice, but you have multiple upon multiple double posts (possible a coding error?) Search Sacramento, Ca and you'll see what I mean.

All in all, I'd say it's a good real estate search site.

It is a great site as far as functionality. But here are a few tips.
1.) Design is a factor. Visit hypertemplates.com or allwebco.com for great templates.
2.) There are Few type of apartment rentals. Broker Fee, Non Broker Fee, and by By Owner. Need to categorize it better.

Other then those tiny factors, your site is great as far as functionality and stuff. Let me know what you think of my site.

    Default new site

You do need to work on the design visual of the site, not very kind to the eyes.

But the structure of the inner site is not bad, but you want people to look further into the site, try and make it a bit more sticky.
