chrisfarrugia.com - Naples Real Estate
Greetings,
I created my website at http://www.chrisfarrugia.com and would love for someone to review it. I am getting about 2,000 - 2,500 unique visitors per month but I'm not getting many leads. I would LOVE for you to give me suggestions as to how I could make my website really get some leads here. I just can't seem to figure out how I'm not capturing them.
Just a notes on my limitations. I can't use an IDX feed per my brokerage's rules. I have to add our company's listings to my site manually. It's easy, but for them to do a property search, the visitors have to go to an external link.
If you have any suggestions as to how I can improve my site, PLEASE feel free to let me know! My goal in making the site was to of course get some leads. I get on average only a lead or two a month with 2,500 unique visitors.
Thanks!Chris Farrugia, REALTOR

Please, someone must have a suggestion. I'm really looking to improve this site! Right now I have 2,470 unique visitors for January. I'm looking to do whatever I can to turn those visits into leads!

Chris, I have the exact issue - I get some help like make your fonts darker and so on... our numbers are similar - yet very small amout of call to action -I am looking int things to help get that done... wish a few of those with great lead generating web sites would share with us.... I hate recreating the wheel....

I was thinking about adding a LIve Help link where the user can click and chat online with me. There are so many software packages out there that do it so I don't think it would be tough to integrate. However, I'm not sure what else I could do.

although I think that is a super cool idea - how do you maintain it - with real estate you never know when you are sitting in front of a computer or in a driveway with clients....
I am visiting others sites and clicking through - looking through the eyes of a client - what would make me click or submit my info..... it is a tough thing - I actually just called 3 people and asked them to do the same with my website and tell me what would make them click or submit a request.
Keep me posted as to what you try, ideas and what works and for that matter doesnt.Thesa Chambers

Chris,
I'm not a web pro by any means but I glanced at your site real quick, looks good.
I first tried to go to 'property search', seemed like there were a lot of steps, and then wouldn't let me search as seems ALL fields are *required.
This killed it for me right there, I wanted to search property, not write an essay - moved on....you may lose a lot people right there...???
However your Featured listings came right up and looked great...
