i'm no expert so don't take my opinion with any implications of weight.
i like the color. i like you having your picture on each page - although i'd prefer a bigger picture that features your face more - so when people see you, they'll say, "hey, i've seen that guy before...on that website." if i saw you tomorrow in person, i probably wouldn't notice you - the portrait doesn't showcase your face enough.
i understand the overall purpose of your site - i would showcase your abilities to "be the best real estate broker!"..."i've negotiated over....sales!"..."i do.....annual sales per year!" - showcase YOU - more than the area - but certainly put in the area info as well.
what are you? a broker? a sales agent? i don't know this - and reading an "about us" page really doesn't cut it.
think about it this way - if you had ONE CHANCE to get someone to see your site - what would you want them to see? would you want them to see a bunch of words about the area and picture of yourself - with a quote that says "most people like me"?????
well, i wouldn't. again, i'm not trying to be critical in a negative way - just offering constructive criticism.
lastly - that quote - how about...EVERYBODY LOVES ANDY! INCLUDING ANDY!
lol - that might catch peoples eye! then go right into why you "love yourself" so much - BECAUSE YOU SELL HOUSES FAST -
competence
confidence
tenacity
costumer service
dedication
something like this - describe how great you are and how you'll kick *** when it comes to helping sellers, buyers, investors...
to me, your site looks like anyone elses.
thanks for this post - you'd be surprised, but it actually helped me work out some thoughts in my head about our sites! lol
keep in touch Andy!

Thanks for the input however I get nothing but great response for my slogan and the people who do not like the sloagan I would not want to work with anyway.

i think the slogan represents who you are...the same way your site does. its all about expressing yourself. and i think you do that quite well. site looks good by the way...

if the slogan works for you, then go with it. MY first reaction was "?"
also, i'm still unsure, are you a broker or sales agent?
how's business?

Over all your site is fairly clean looking but it doesn't pop out and grab me like this is where I can do some serious real estate research. How about IDX on the front page?
Most people like to see listings more than any other pics, blurbs and so forth..Other than that start grabbing some traffic!
