If the link is the signature I think your site is pretty good. Also i think it's a great idea that you have the Fill out form on every page! Other than that maybe try to pick a different style for titles. Anyways great site!

If the site you are asking feedback for is the one in your signature then here is my feedback.
The layout is pretty good. I just maybe think the colors are not that great but that is maybe a personal taste.

You need to make your content more readable. Had some picture, split some paragraphe.
What do you want people to do? Call you or fill the form?Want to be a Hero? Offer myInventory to you customers and save the day during tough time.
