There will be other elements on your websites that we can never check. My advice for you to see it is that you create an account with the following to properly examine your site.

1. Google analytics - you can analyze your traffic
2. Google webmaster tools - you can analyze your links and pages

Thank you all for your replies. I was away four couple of weeks, so sorry for a late reply.

kaazunut - I have meta tags and title tag for all the pages that I find important .... the ones that are not so important don't have all the required tags - but I think I have the title tag on every page.
Do you think it is good to have those missing tags even on the pages that are not important for SERP?
And yes, I have yahoo sitemap and google sitemap .... google sitemap has been submitted through google analytics, while yahoo sitemap hasn't been submitted but is online.

agent campus - thanks. I have both accounts and am monitoring them on a daily basis ... but still not whether SEO is done properly for my website.

here are a few more tools that could give a good and brief idea on how your site is standing. (my pc is slow and I can't open a lot of site but will check it out myself this weekend).

If you already have google webmaster tools, have you seen what Google's suggestions are for your site? You might also want to read Google's Webmaster's Guidelines and Their SEO starter guide. These are the resources that could help you see if your site is SEO'd well.

Just tried websitegrader and it gives lots of useful information, some of which can't be found in google analytics.
After reading their report, I found some things that should improve my page rank and website popularity. Thank you!
