I've visited your site, I would say that it looks nice! Although,I would say you can work more on the back ground. Over all,I like your site!

In general you are doing the right work, but you need to add a bit more content on the site which is blank sometimes

Hi Jay, well first of all you're pretty smart because you're using anchor text as a link to your website. Overall your SEO is good.

In saying that, I don't see any conversion tracking tools on your site. Are you tracking your visitor to conversion ratios?

Too much SEO can lose the personal feel, and therefore be a negative. I would have multiple conversion tools, to capture as many leads as possible and then foster those relationships with auto-responders.

A few tweaks to your site and you can notice big leverage points.

Nice that you have sitemap HTML, this would provide readers easy way to navigate your site. Layout is great and logo is already clickable which direct your readers to your home page any moment they would love to.
