Please review my mortgage tool site and let me know how I can improve
Good Afternoon Everybody!
I just created themortgageinterestcalculator.com about a month ago and I am wondering what feedback you could give a newby.
So far I have run the keyword research, based the site and keywords on at least 100 hits a day and less than 30k competition. I am trying to put up the most useful tools that will make people want to repeat visit, and I am using adsense and CJ to monetize. The site is Wordpress and I am running a few plugins (Platinum SEO, Google XML SiteMaps, etc...) so I think I am doing the right things to optimize but I am kinda flying in the dark.
So far I am getting between 10-50 visits a day by posting to social networking and twitter and facebook posts, but not much click traffic and no sales yet.
Am I on the right track? What can I do to improve? Let me know.

Your design looks a little messy but besides that you have optimized it quite good. I think you should add some more content. Else you will be fine!
I run sites about: Realtors, Homes For Sale, Houses for sale, Condos for sale and MLS Real Estate!
