I've noticed that it is simply time and effort (as with all things).

I'm pulling about 1000 uniques every month with a conversion rate at around 2% or so. Very low numbers across the board. Now I do real estate in Boston so the competition is numerous but I imagine that with time and effort you will rank on up.

The color of the site is a bit agressive and I think you'd better choose any other one. Then add a bit more advertising and more page which should be interlinked. And of course don't forget about the promotion.

The SEO and content is fine. But your design looks a little aged. You should reconsider imigrating to "web 2.0"!
